  • dark/milk chocolate - 180 g
  • butter - 100 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 150 g
  • vanilla sugar - 12 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • flour - 3 tbsp.
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp

Ingredients for the creamy layer:

  • cream cheese - 200 g
  • sugar - 60 g
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • cherries - 200 g

Method of preparation:

1. Melt chocolate and butter at the same time.

2. Add eggs, sugar and salt.

3. Stir and add the flour and cocoa. Stir everything together.

4. Pour into the mold.

5. For the cream layer, mix everything together and pour into the chocolate layer.

6. Mix lightly with chocolate mixture and top with cherries (previously defrosted and remove excess liquid).
