Ingredients:
- garlic scapes - 600 g
- pork - 350 g
- onion - 2 pcs
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp
- soy sauce - 3 tbsp
- starch - 1 tsp
- sesame oil - 0.5 tsp
- boiled cold water - 150 g
- salt, pepper, cumin, coriander - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the onion into half rings, scapes into 5 cm pieces and meat into large ones.
- Pour the oil into a hot frying pan, throw the meat and onions into, and fry until cooked.
- Season with salt, pepper, cumin and coriander, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
- When the time is up, add the soy sauce with starch and water, mix well and let the sauce thicken.
- At the very end, add the garlic scapes, mix thoroughly and simmer under the lid for another 5 minutes.
