Cheese kebab: how to diversify the picnic menu

Usually, going outdoors is not complete without barbecuing. But, if the fire is already lit, why not cook some other dishes on it "with smoke"?
For example, food blogger Olha Riabenko offered a recipe for cheese kebab on Instagram. She believes that for a change, you can try this version of the dish - cheese in dough on skewers.

Ingredients
- Suluguni or mozzarella cheese - 250 gr
- Cherry tomatoes - 150 gr
- Puff pastry - 1 sheet
- Egg - 1 pc
How to cook
1. Cut the cheese into cubes 3*3 cm.

2. Thread the tomatoes and cheese alternately on the skewer.
3. Roll out the dough, 0.5 cm thick and cut into strips.
4. Wrap the cheese and tomatoes with the dough and seal the edges with water.
5. Brush with egg yolk.
6. Fry on low heat, turning constantly.
