Ingredients:
- ciabatta - 1 pc.
- mushrooms - 300 g
- cream 20% - 200 ml.
- cream cheese - 1 tablespoon in the sauce and 1 tbsp for ciabatta
- salt, spices
- mozzarella
Method of preparation:
Fry the mushrooms

1. Chop the mushrooms.
2. Fry in a frying pan with a little oil and salt and spices until all the moisture has evaporated.
Spread the ciabatta with melted cheese

3. Pour in the cream, add the melted cheese and thicken over low heat.
4. Remove from the heat.

5. Cut off the top of the ciabatta, put it in a mold on parchment.

6. Spread with melted cheese and add mushrooms.
