Cheese and mushroom ciabatta instead of sandwiches: how to make a hearty and quick dish

This ciabatta is perfect for when you need a quick snack and don't have much time to cook. You'll need mushrooms and plenty of cheese. Just a few minutes in the oven and you're done.

The idea of cooking ciabatta with mushrooms and cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Vitalina Naumenko with the nickname naumenko.vitaa. It will turn out delicious if you take bread with a crispy crust.

Ingredients:

  • ciabatta - 1 pc.
  • mushrooms - 300 g
  • cream 20% - 200 ml.
  • cream cheese - 1 tablespoon in the sauce and 1 tbsp for ciabatta
  • salt, spices
  • mozzarella

Method of preparation:

1. Chop the mushrooms.

2. Fry in a frying pan with a little oil and salt and spices until all the moisture has evaporated.

3. Pour in the cream, add the melted cheese and thicken over low heat.

4. Remove from the heat.

5. Cut off the top of the ciabatta, put it in a mold on parchment.

6. Spread with melted cheese and add mushrooms.

7. Sprinkle well with mozzarella and put in a preheated oven to 220 degrees for 7 minutes until all the mozzarella is melted.
