Dinner should always be light and 3-4 hours before bedtime. It's best to choose light vegetable and fish dishes for the evening, which are firstly healthy and secondly quick and easy to prepare. One such vegetable is delicious cauliflower, which can be baked, fried, or boiled.
Food blogger Anastasia Solopiyka shared a recipe on Instagram for a perfect dinner – cauliflower steak in ginger sauce that everyone will love.
Ingredients:
- cauliflower - 250-300 g
- ginger - 10 g
- onion - 30 g
- soy sauce - 20 g
- honey - 10 g
- olive oil - 10 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the cabbage, and cut into "steaks".
- Sauce: mix soy sauce with grated ginger, add chopped onion, honey, olive oil, and mix.
- "Put the steaks on a baking sheet, brush with the sauce, and put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 C.
The finished dish is best eaten hot, with a sauce, such as sour cream or another, to your liking.
