Camembert in puff pastry: how to make a spectacular appetizer

This appetizer will be an exquisite addition to any festive table, and it will take as little time as possible to prepare. You just need to buy the ingredients and all that remains to be done is to bake them. Once cooked, the cheese becomes very soft and you can dip dough sticks into it as if they were a sauce.

Ingredients:

  • puff pastry – 500 g
  • Camembert – 1 pc
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • sesame seeds

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the puff pastry (you can buy ready-made) into 2 parts.

2. Cut a circle out of each using a plate.

3. Place a camembert in the center of one of the pieces.

4. Make small cuts on the top of the cheese.

5. Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with spices.

6. Cover with the second part of the dough with the cheese.

7. Make cuts in a circle to make strips of dough.

8. Roll them into spirals.

9. Brush with egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

10. Bake at 180-190 degrees for 25 minutes. Be guided by your oven and the golden color of the cake.
