Cake without dough and baking: the recipe for the simplest dessert "Broken Glass"

If you want to make a delicious cake but don't have time to make the dough, just replace it with cookies. And you can use jelly with sour cream for the base.

Cook Polina shared a recipe for a delicious no-bake cake called "Broken Glass" on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• 180 g of shortbread cookies
• 50-60 ml of milk
• 15 g of gelatin
• 90 ml of water
• 350 g of sour cream 15-20% fat
• 10 g of vanilla sugar
• 30 g of sugar (you can use more)
• 90 g of fruit jelly
• 100 g of canned pineapple (strawberry, banana, kiwi, orange)

Method of preparation:

1. Cover the gelatin with cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes.

2. Crush the biscuits into crumbs, add the milk and mix. Transfer to the bottom of the mold and smooth.

3. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and melted gelatin to the sour cream (melt in the microwave, make sure not to overheat).

4. Cut the previously frozen fruit jelly into cubes and add to the sour cream mixture, add the sliced pineapples. Stir and pour into the mold, refrigerate until it hardens!
