Famous singer Natalia Mogilevska shared on Instagram how she recently discovered this drink. She says that it is very tasty and can be consumed simply instead of water. The singer also shared a detailed recipe for making this kvass. It turns out that it can be consumed in 4 days.

Ingredients

  • White cabbage - 900 gr
  • Beetroot - 300 gr
  • Drinking water - 1.5 liters

Method of preparation

1.Cut cabbage and beets into large pieces.

2. Rinse a three-liter jar in hot water, then rinse it several times in boiling water.

3. Put the chopped vegetables in a jar and tamp well.

4. Add water and mix thoroughly.

5. Cover the jar with gauze folded in 4 layers and fix it with an elastic band.

6. Store the jar in a room with a temperature of 18-25 degrees, stirring several times a day.

7. The drink will be ready in 4-5 days. If the air temperature is higher, the kvass will cook faster.
