  • minced meat - 500 g
  • salt, pepper, paprika

Ingredients for the stew:

  • potatoes - 600 g
  • carrots - 250 g
  • onion - 200 g
  • peas - 200 g
  • sweet pepper - 200 g
  • garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper, hot pepper
  • water - 1200 ml.
  • oil for frying - 30 ml.

1. Stir together the minced meat, salt, pepper, paprika.

2. Make small meatballs, the size of a walnut. It is better to do this with wet hands.

3. Pour oil into a large saucepan and fry the meatballs for 3 minutes on both sides.
