Budget and low-calorie pie with jam: which flour is better to take
Perhaps we all remember the taste of jam pie that our mothers and grandmothers used to make almost every weekend, when the whole family gathered around the table with cups of tea. Sometimes we want to feel this incredible taste of dessert that takes us back to our carefree childhood.
Perhaps this is exactly how Polina Romanenko, a blogger and expert on the RHP, feels, because she shared a recipe for this very pie on her Instagram. It is slightly different from the original. In particular, it contains fewer calories due to the use of a different type of flour.
Ingredients
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Soda - ½ tsp
- Jam - ½ cup
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Corn flour - sprats will take
Method of preparation
1. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt, gradually adding sugar. Adjust the amount of sugar to your own taste, depending on how sweet the jam is.
2. Add ½ tsp of baking soda to the jam. It will start to foam and this is normal.
3. Add the oil and jam to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
4. Add as much corn flour as you need.
5. Put the pie in the mold and bake for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
