Broccoli baked with garlic: recipe

Ingredients

  • 600-700 g broccoli (2 broccoli sprouts);

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil + for greasing;

  • 4 cloves of garlic;

  • salt - to taste;

  • ground black pepper - to taste;

  • 30-50 g Parmesan;

  • 1 lemon.

Preparation

Separate the broccoli into florets and place on a lightly oiled baking tray.

Add the oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to the broccoli and mix well.

Bake at 220 °C for 10-15 minutes. Keep in mind that the longer you cook the broccoli, the softer it will be. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
