Ingredients

  • Boneless pork brisket - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Dry garlic - 1 tsp.
  • Ground coriander - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

1.Make cuts all over the brisket and put garlic in them.

2. Mix all the spices in a separate container.

3. Put 2 sheets of foil on the table and 2 sheets of parchment on top.

4. Put the brisket on the parchment and rub it with the spice mixture.

Roll the brisket in the spices.

5. Wrap the brisket first in parchment and then in foil.

6. Put the brisket on a baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees for 2 hours.

7. Put the hot brisket on cling film and wrap it tightly.
