Brisket for the Easter table: does not take much time to prepare

Soon millions of people will go to church to bless their Easter baskets. Each of them will contain not only Easter cake and eggs, but also a lot of meat products. Of course, you can buy these products in the store, but isn't it better to cook them yourself?

A food blogger with the nickname recepti_dariko thinks so. So on Instagram, she shared a recipe for cooking brisket that everyone will definitely like.

Ingredients

  • Boneless pork brisket - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1 tsp.
  • Dry garlic - 1 tsp.
  • Ground coriander - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation

1.Make cuts all over the brisket and put garlic in them.

2. Mix all the spices in a separate container.

3. Put 2 sheets of foil on the table and 2 sheets of parchment on top.

4. Put the brisket on the parchment and rub it with the spice mixture.

5. Wrap the brisket first in parchment and then in foil.

6. Put the brisket on a baking sheet and bake at 170 degrees for 2 hours.

7. Put the hot brisket on cling film and wrap it tightly.

8. Tie the brisket with a piece of cloth and refrigerate overnight.
