If you never have enough time for breakfast, you should make oatmeal pancakes. This dish takes no more than five minutes to prepare, and energy for the whole day is guaranteed. The ingredients are very few and absolutely simple, so this dish is also very budget-friendly.

Ingredients:
- oatmeal
- egg
- salt
- grated cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients
2. Fry as usual pancakes
3. Top with grated cheese

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk
- oatmeal - 2 tbsp
- a little salt
- filling to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with milk, cereal, and salt (do not grind too much, so that there are pieces of oatmeal).
2. Fry under the lid on both sides.
3. Spread with cream cheese, add greens, avocado, and fish.
