Quesadilla is a Mexican dish made from wheat or corn tortillas with various fillings. Traditionally, quesadillas are filled with only cheese. However, we offer a more satisfying version with scrambled eggs and canned beans.
- round Persian pita bread - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk or cream - 4 tbsp.
- canned beans - 3 tbsp.
- fresh spinach - 1 handful
- salt, pepper - to taste
- hard grated cheese - 2 tbsp.
- oil - for frying
- Beat the eggs with milk or cream and add salt and pepper. Pour into a heated and oiled frying pan, add spinach. Start stirring immediately: the eggs should clump together and turn into a gruel.
- Put the canned beans and the cooked scrambled eggs on one pita bread and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover with the second pita bread.
- Place in a preheated and oiled frying pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Cut the finished cake into triangular pieces.
