Today we offer you to make a roll with chicken, green salad, and homemade mayonnaise for breakfast. Any type of chicken breast is suitable for this recipe: boiled, baked, or fried. In addition, baked poultry can be added to salads and sandwiches instead of store-bought sausage.

  • Armenian or Persian pita bread
  • baked or boiled chicken breast
  • lettuce leaves
  • favorite cheese
  • homemade mayonnaise 
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes or strips.
  2. Spread pita bread with homemade mayonnaise, put lettuce leaves, and pieces of meat. Sprinkle with cheese – you can use either regular grated hard cheese or blue cheese like Dorblu.
  3. Roll the pita bread into a roll and fry in a lightly oiled frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
