If you don't eat in the morning because you don't have time, we have great news for you: you don't have to wake up early in the morning to make a delicious breakfast. The FoodOboz editorial team tells you about dishes that take no more than ten minutes to prepare.

Today we are sharing a recipe for salty oatmeal. We suggest making it with Parmesan cheese and serving it with a poached egg and avocado.

  • oatmeal – 200 g
  • butter – 1 tbsp
  • water – 400 ml
  • cream – 50 ml
  • grated Parmesan cheese – 1 tbsp
  • ripe avocado – half
  • egg – 1 pc
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Pour in the oatmeal, stir, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook according to the instructions on the package.
  2. A couple of minutes before the end, pour in the cream and stir.
  3. Add parmesan, salt, and pepper, stir again, and serve with sliced avocado and a poached egg.
