In our "Breakfast in 10 Minutes" section, FoodOboz editorial team tells you about breakfasts that take no more than ten minutes to prepare. Today, we're sharing a recipe for an egg roll – a great dish for those who love shawarma but don't want to eat dough.
We suggest filling with ham, cheese, avocado, and fresh spinach leaves. However, you can experiment at your discretion and wrap homemade pork, fresh vegetables, slices of fried, baked, or stewed turkey, fried mushrooms, salted salmon, and anything else that comes to mind in an egg roll.
Fry a thin omelette like pancakes and wrap the filling in it.
- eggs - 4 pcs.
- milk or cream - 4 tbsp.
- avocado - half
- cheese - 4 slices
- ham - 4 slices
- fresh spinach - a handful
- salt, pepper - a pinch
- oil - for frying
- Wash and dry the spinach. Cut the avocado into thin slices. Beat eggs with milk or cream and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour a little at a time into a preheated and oiled frying pan, then immediately tilt the pan in different directions so that the egg mass spreads evenly over the surface.
- Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Wrap spinach, avocado slices, cheese, and jamon slices in the finished pancake.
- Cut the roll in half or cut into small portioned rolls.
