Blueberry pie: a delicious pastry for tea
Blueberry pie has a particularly delicate texture. The dessert is made with simple shortcrust pastry and airy sour cream filling, which goes well with juicy blueberries.
Food blogger Iryna Zadolynna (zadolynnairyna) shared a recipe for blueberry pie on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- blueberries - 1.5 cups
- sugar - 4-6 tbsp.
Dough:
- flour - 2 cups
- butter - 200 g
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar
- yolk - 1 pc
- salt - a pinch
The filling:
- sour cream - 200 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.
- starch - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the dough, mix the dry ingredients, add the cold butter cut into pieces, and grind everything to a state of crumbs.
2. Add the egg yolk to the crumbs and knead the dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. After the time has passed, put the dough into the mold, forming the sides. Bake at 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
4. Mix blueberries and sugar. Spread on the bottom of the baked dough.
5. For the filling, mix all the ingredients together with a whisk. Pour the resulting mass over the cake.
6. Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
