Blueberry mousse: how to surprise you family

Mousse is not only delicious but also incredibly beautiful. The preparation of this dish is quick and easy, and even a beginner can handle it.

Food blogger Anna Fil shared how to make a mousse dessert in a glass on Instagram. It turns out that it is also quite budget-friendly.

Ingredients

  • jelly - 1 pack
  • sour cream - 300 gr
  • powdered sugar - 75 gr
  • vanilla flavor - 2-3 drops
  • gelatin - 10 grams
  • blueberries

Preparation

1. Pour 60 g of cold water over the gelatin. Stir and leave to swell.

2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla flavor to room temperature sour cream. Beat with a mixer.

3. Melt the gelatin in the microwave. Do not boil.

4. Pour it into the sour cream mixture. Mix well.

5. Fill 1/2 of the bowls or glasses with this mousse.

6. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

7. Pour water over the jelly (blueberries or bilberries) according to the instructions. Mix until smooth and leave to cool.

8. Put the blueberries on top of the frozen mousse, carefully spoon the jelly over them and refrigerate until it is completely set.
