Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g, 50 g to sprinkle on the table
  • milk - 175 ml
  • dry yeast - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
  • sugar - 0.5 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 40 g (melt)

  • potatoes

  • onion
  • butter

Method of preparation:

1. Peel the potatoes, boil and then mash them.

3. For the dough, add sugar and yeast to warm milk and mix well. Add flour and salt and mix well by hand.
