Fried pies are a very tasty and satisfying dish that can be prepared with various fillings. The dough for pies is best made with yeast, and to make it fluffy, add milk.

Ingredients:
- flour - 250 g, 50 g to sprinkle on the table
- milk - 175 ml
- dry yeast - 5 g (0.5 tbsp)
- sugar - 0.5 tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 40 g (melt)
The filling:
- potatoes
- salt
- onion
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, boil and then mash them.
2. Dice the onion and fry until golden brown.
3. For the dough, add sugar and yeast to warm milk and mix well. Add flour and salt and mix well by hand.
4. Add melted butter and knead the dough. Bake at 50 C for 30 minutes.
5. Mash the boiled potatoes, add the roast, and mix well.
6. Sprinkle the finished dough with flour and knead well with your hands. Then make a sausage and divide it into 8-10 pieces. Make balls, roll or stretch them with your hands, put the filling in, shape and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
