Better than sausage: healthy liver roll with vegetables and eggs
The liver is an ideal product for preparing various tasty and satisfying dishes, such as cutlets, chops, salads, pates, rolls, pancakes, and even a cake. Also, if you want to cook something unusual with a familiar product, you can always experiment and get an original dish.

Ingredients:
- chicken liver – 500 g
- onion – 1 pc
- sweet pepper – 1/2 pc
- boiled eggs – 5 pcs
- raw eggs – 5 pcs
- loaf – 3 pieces
- parsley – bunch
- water – 0.5 ml
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the liver, chop it, and fry or stew it well with finely chopped onions.
2. Be sure to salt and pepper it, add a little water, and continue to simmer it until soft. Then cut it into cubes.
3. Boil the eggs and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
4. Dice the pepper and bread.
5. Beat the raw eggs with salt and pepper.
6. Chop the parsley.
7. Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl, pour the egg mixture on top and mix well.
8. Put the mixture in cling film, shape it into sausages, and cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.
9. You can also bake them, just take a suitable mold, put the base, and bake until tender at 200 C for 30 minutes.
Let the finished meatballs cool completely, then cut them and serve with soup and salads. It will be deliciously satisfying!
