Ingredients:

  • medium potatoes – 12 pcs.
  • fillet – 2 pcs.
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper – 1-2 pcs.
  • cream – 20%
  • tomato paste – 1.5 tbsp.
  • cheese – 250 g
  • garlic
  • oregano – 2 tsp.
  • paprika – 2/3 tsp.
  • salt, pepper
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes, and dry well.

2. Pour in olive oil, add oregano, salt, and pepper.

3. Mix well and place on parchment.

4. Bake at 180 degrees until the potatoes are tender (about 35 minutes).

5. Dice the fillet, onion and bell pepper.

6. Fry the onion for a few minutes, add the fillet and pepper.

7. Mix well and add paprika, dry garlic, salt, and ground pepper in a few minutes. Do not fry the fillet for a long time to keep it juicy.

8. Add tomato paste and cream, mix well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
