Ingredients:

  • liver (any) – 400 g
  • milk – 200 ml
  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • flour – 3 tbsp
  • salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the liver, cut off all the excess, put it in a blender, pour in the milk, add the egg, flour, salt, and beat until smooth.
