Ingredients for the dough:
- water - 250 ml.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- flour - 450-500 g
- salt - 0.5 tsp.
Ingredients for stuffing:
- minced meat - 600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Ingredients for gravy:
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- cream - 300 g (you can use sour cream)
- garlic - 1 clove
- butter - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. To the water, add the egg, salt and mix everything until smooth.
2. Gradually add the flour and knead the dough.
3. Set aside to let the dough rest.
4. Add finely chopped onion, salt and spices to the mince.
5. Next we prepare the gravy, grate the carrots on a fine grater.
6. Fry in oil until cooked through.
7. Add herbs, salt, minced garlic and sour cream.
8. Simmer. When they begin to boil - immediately turn off.
9. Then divide the dough into 2 parts, roll out very thinly and put the stuffing.
10. Twist the roll, pinch the edges and cut into small pieces.
11. Pour a little gravy with carrots in the bottom of the baking mold and place the sliced rolls.
12. Pour the rest of the gravy over the rolls and add a cup of water.
13. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
14. Remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.
