Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 400 g
- wheat flour - 2 tbsp
- sugar - 150 g
- eggs - 4 pcs
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- butter - 4 tbsp
- sour cream - 4 tbsp
- vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- orange zest - 1 tbsp
Method of preparation:
1. Put the cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl and mix until smooth.
2. Add the sugar to the finished mixture and mix again.
3. Melt the butter and add sour cream and zest. Mix and add the finished mixture to the cottage cheese one. Stir.
4. Add baking soda quenched with vinegar and mix again.
5. Finally, add the flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
6. Put the finished dough in a mold or separate molds and smooth it out. Bake at 180 C for 40-45 minutes.
They will be very tasty and airy. You can top them with hot chocolate, cream, berries and nuts!
