Berry scramble

Ingredients:

  • raspberries - 300 g
  • pitted cherries - 100 g
  • blueberries - 100 g
  • strawberries - 200 g
  • blackberries - 100 g
  • sweet pear without skin - 2 pcs.
  • oatmeal - 180 g
  • starch - 80-90 g
  • honey - 60 g
  • almond flakes - 60 g
  • butter - 60 g
  • mint - a sprig

Method of preparation:

  1. Put all the berries in a large bowl, add the chopped pear, and starch, mix everything thoroughly, and add the mint.
  2. For the dough: mix the oatmeal with honey, almond flakes, and soft butter, and rub everything well until crumbs form.
  3. Be sure to take a one-piece, heat-resistant mold, do not grease, immediately put the berries, smooth them well with a spoon, and put the oatmeal crumbs on top.
  4. Put in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200 C, making sure that the crumble does not dry out.

The finished dish is best served hot, with a scoop of delicious ice cream.
