Ingredients
- flour - 140 gr
- oatmeal - 100 gr
- butter - 150 gr
- sugar - 100 gr
- nuts - 75 gr
- cinnamon
- cardamom
- berries - 800 gr
- sugar - 100 gr
- corn starch - 30 g
- water - 30 ml
- citrus zest
- rum
The way of preparation
1. First, prepare the dough. Mix flour with chopped oatmeal. Add cold butter, sugar and nuts. Add a little cinnamon and cardamom. Mix everything well and put it in the fridge.
2. Prepare the filling. Defrost a mixture of any berries and put them in a frying pan.
3. Add sugar and starch. Stir and bring the berries to a boil.
4. Add citrus zest.
5. Pour the hot filling into the baking dish. Sprinkle with the dough from the refrigerator.
6. Put in the oven at 185 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
