Quite often, ribs are chosen for barbecue because they have very soft meat that is convenient to eat straight off the bone. But to make the dish flavorful and juicy, you need to use the right marinade base. Beer is perfect for this. The ribs become very tender, absorb the spices well, and have a crispy crust.
The idea of cooking fried ribs in beer was published on the Instagram page of the famous Ukrainian food blogger Valeriy Ponomar (ponomar_valeriy).
