To make a juicy kebab, you don't need to mix a wide variety of ingredients for the marinade. You don't need mayonnaise, vinegar, or mineral water. The meat will be very tender if you add ordinary onions marinated with sugar.

Juicy kebab recipe with pickled onions

Ingredients:
- pork neck – 3 kg.
- onions – 1-1.5 kg.
- seasoning for barbecue
- salt (to taste)
Ingredients for pickled onions:
- onions – 2 pcs.
- salt – 0.5 tbsp
- sugar – 0.5 tbsp
- water – 1 cup
- herbs

1. First cut the pork neck into slices about 3 centimeters thick and then into long pieces.
2. Chop the onion and rub it with salt to release the juice.

3. Add the onion to the meat and add the barbecue seasoning.
4. Crush well, and mix well.
