Ingredients:
- pork knuckle - 1 pc.
- dark beer - 1.5 liters
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 1 pc.

- black pepper, cloves, bay pepper
- salt - 2 tbsp
- honey
- soy sauce
- mustard

Method of preparation:
1. Stuff the pork knuckle with garlic. Put it in a dish and pour beer over it. Put it in the refrigerator overnight (8-12 hours). It is best to cover the shank completely with the marinade.

2. After marinating, put to cook.
3. Add a little water and spices. Cook the shank for 2 hours. Periodically remove the foam with a slotted spoon.

4. Prepare the sauce. Mix soy sauce/honey/mustard in equal proportions.
5. Put the shank on a baking sheet with parchment and brush it with our sauce on both sides. You can repeat the procedure several times.

6. Bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees.
