Baked potatoes are an ideal option for a healthy and satisfying lunch. It is worth noting that the main thing is not to fry potatoes in oil so that they remain healthy and not to overuse spices, especially salt.

Ingredients:
- potatoes - 20 pcs.
- ham/brisket - 100-150 g
- hard cheese - 200 g
- vegetable/butter
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt, pepper, paprika, oregano - to taste
- greens - a bunch
Method of preparation:
1. Wash potatoes well and boil them in salted water until tender.
2. Cut brisket/ham into small pieces and fry them in a dry pan.
3. Combine grated or crushed garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and vegetable or melted butter in a bowl.
4. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment, mash each potato with a masher and brush with oil.
5. Put the fried brisket on top of the greased potatoes and bake everything in a preheated to 200 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the cooked potatoes with hard cheese and herbs!
