Everyone loves oatmeal without exception. With or without milk, with jam, honey, or fruit – there are many ways to prepare and serve it. But as it turns out, this dish can be prepared in a completely different way - baked in the oven.

Nutritionist Anastasia Belous shared a recipe for baked oatmeal with banana and chocolate. It was posted on Instagram.

Options for serving oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • Oatmeal - 50 g
  • Egg - 1 pc
  • Banana - 1 pc
  • Dark chocolate - 1 cube
  • Coconut cream - 1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon

Method of preparation:

  1. Pre-soak oatmeal with water overnight.
  2. Add an egg, 1\2 bananas and cinnamon. Beat with a blender. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Meanwhile, mash the rest of the banana with a fork.
  4. Pour in the cream and chopped chocolate.
  5. Make a depression in the middle of the cooked oatmeal. Pour the creamy chocolate mixture into it. Bake for another 2 minutes at 180 degrees.
