Method of preparation:
1. Knead the dough, refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Divide into 2 parts, roll out the cakes.
3. Cut into triangles, sprinkle with sugar.
4. Roll up in the form of a bagel.

- corn starch - 1.5 tbsp.

- cottage cheese - 180 g
- sugar - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - a sachet
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 3 tbsp.
- milk - 100 ml. milk
- flour - 250 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method of preparation:
1. Mix cottage cheese, sugar and starch. If the cottage cheese is grainy, grind it well through a sieve or grind it with a blender.
2. For the dough, combine cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt, mix well. Pour in the butter and milk and make the mass homogeneous. Sift the flour and baking powder. Knead a soft dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
3. Roll out a rectangle, cut off uneven edges and cut into rectangles.
4. Put the filling on one side and roll it up.
5. Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Method of preparation:
