To make a diet and low-calorie cake, you will need an avocado. The fruit has a very delicate creamy texture. Combined with a banana, its taste becomes quite sweet - all this is just perfect for dessert.

The idea of making an avocado cake without baking was published on the Instagram page of a food blogger with the nickname dora_school. It can be eaten immediately after stabilization in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:

  • almonds - 50 g
  • coconut flakes - 10 g
  • banana - 40 g
  • peanut butter - 30 g

Ingredients for the mousse:

  • ripe avocado - 1 pc.
  • coconut oil - 25 g
  • Jerusalem artichoke/agave/honey syrup - 1 tbsp
  • lime juice - 8 g

Method of preparation:

1. Grind all the ingredients for the base in a blender until smooth.

2. Cover the sides of a round pastry mold with acetate film. If you don't have it, you can use regular cling film.

3. Put the base into the baking dish, tamp it down thoroughly.

4. Mix all the ingredients for the top layer in a blender until the mixture is creamy.

5. Put the mass on the base.

6. Put in the refrigerator until completely stabilized.
