- onion - 1 pc
- garlic - 2 pcs
- olive oil
- cream - 0.5 cups
Cooking method:
1. Peel, chop and fry everything in vegetable oil, add half a glass of water and simmer until tender.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Beat with a blender and gradually add cream.
4. Top with pumpkin seeds, cheese, fried bacon, breadcrumbs, and a drop of vegetable oil.
