Ingredients

  • Puff pastry
  • Asparagus
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Hamon
  • Stracciatella cheese

Method of preparation

1.Cut the puff pastry around the perimeter, but not completely. Thus form the sides for the pie.

2. Peel the asparagus and cut off the dry tips, add the squeezed garlic, pour over the oil and mix.

3. Sprinkle the dough with grated cheese, put the asparagus and sprinkle with cheese again.

4. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 20 minutes.

5. Put slices of jamon and stracciatella (can be replaced with burrata or mozzarella) on the still hot pie and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
