Appetizer liver rolls: the perfect combination of filling and base
Liver rolls are an incredible appetizer that will be a worthy decoration of the festive table. The dish will win over even those who are not big fans of liver. The tender liver base combined with juicy filling is simply delicious. Before you know it, the rolls will disappear from the table and guests will be asking for the recipe.

Liver roll with prunes and pomegranate
Ingredients:
For pancakes:
- Liver - 400 g
- Flour - 70 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
For the filling:
- Cream cheese
- Prunes
- Walnuts
- Pomegranate seeds
Method of preparation:
1. To begin, cook the pancakes. Beat the liver with a blender.
2. Add eggs and continue to beat.
3. Combine the mixture with sour cream and flour.
4. Fry the pancakes on both sides.
5. Soak the prunes in hot water for 10 minutes.
6. Grease the pancakes with cottage cheese, and randomly put the ingredients for the filling. Refrigerate for a few hours.
Liver roll with eggs
Ingredients:
- Boiled liver - 300 g
- Butter - 150 g (70 g for the liver + 50 g for the filling)
- Onion - 1 pc
- Carrots - 1 pc
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Spices.
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
2. Fry the onions and carrots.
3. Grind the liver, roast, and protein in a meat grinder.
4. Add the butter and spices and mix well.
5. Prepare the filling: mix the yolk with the butter.
6. Put cling film on the surface and put the liver mass.
7. Spread the filling evenly and wrap in a roll. Put in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
