The pie is a great option for a simple dessert for tea that can be made quite quickly. Any filling will do. The most important thing is to choose the right base for the dough. To make the pastry fluffy and flavorful, kefir is ideal.

The idea of making a fluffy kefir pie was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Svitlana with the nickname recepti_svitlana21.

Ingredients:

  • 230 ml of kefir
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 90 g of butter
  • 320-350 g of flour
  • 2 tsp of baking powder
  • 100 g of chocolate

Method of preparation:

1. Add eggs, sugar, and baking powder to the kefir. Mix, add the melted butter, and gradually add the flour.

2. Next, add the chocolate, stir, and pour into the baking dish.

3. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.

4. If the cake is ready on top, check the center with a toothpick. If it is still raw, cover it with foil and bake until done.
