The idea of cooking juicy zucchini rolls for lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname anny.cooking. The filling will add a special juiciness.

Ingredients:

  • small zucchini - 2-3 pcs.
  • minced meat - 300 g
  • dry rice - 100 g
  • onion - 1 medium
  • carrot - 1 medium
  • garlic - 2 cloves

Ingredients for the filling:

  • tomato paste - 1.5 tbsp.
  • sour cream - 1.5 tbsp
  • Suneli hops - 1 tsp.
  • water - 250 ml.
  • oil, salt, ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Boil rice until tender.

2. Chop onion and grate carrots on a small grater.

3. Fryin a little oil until golden brown.

4. Grate garlic.

5. Mix minced meat, garlic, boiled rice and fried onions with carrots, salt, and black pepper.

6. Cut zucchini into thin lengthwise slices. Two zucchini make 40 slices.

7. Add the remaining zucchini middles to the vegetable stew.

8. Wrap 1 tsp of filling in each slice.

9. Put in a baking dish or a large frying pan.

10. For the sacue, mix all the ingredients, add salt and pour over the zucchini.

11. Can be cooked in a frying pan under a closed lid over low heat for 35 minutes or bake at 180 degrees in foil for 30 minutes and another 20 minutes without foil.

12. If desired, you can immediately sprinkle the finished rolls with cheese or serve with cheese and sour cream.
