1. Boil rice until tender.

5. Mix minced meat, garlic, boiled rice and fried onions with carrots, salt, and black pepper.
6. Cut zucchini into thin lengthwise slices. Two zucchini make 40 slices.

7. Add the remaining zucchini middles to the vegetable stew.

11. Can be cooked in a frying pan under a closed lid over low heat for 35 minutes or bake at 180 degrees in foil for 30 minutes and another 20 minutes without foil.
