Cabbage is one of the healthiest, tastiest, and most budget-friendly vegetables, especially young cabbage. It can be used to make many tasty and healthy dishes, such as borscht, and pancakes, as well as healthy salads and fritters.

Recipe of the dish
Ingredients:
- young cabbage – 1/2 pc
Cabbage for the dish
- eggs – 2 pcs
Chicken eggs
- flour – 2 tbsp
- parsley – a bunch
- baking powder – 1 tsp

- vegetable or olive oil – 1 tbsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Chop the cabbage finely.

3. Put the cabbage in a bowl, add the flour, eggs, chopped parsley, oil, baking powder, salt, and pepper, mix the dough well.
