Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 250 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Eggs - 1 pc
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar
- Salt.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients and knead the elastic dough. Let it stand for about 15 minutes.
2. Form the dough into a sausage and divide it into equal parts. Make a small ball out of each one and put a hole in the middle of each one with a cork.
3. Put on a baking sheet. If desired, brush the donuts with warm milk.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when serving.
