Airy cottage cheese buns for tea: how to prepare the simplest yeast dough
If you don't like to work with dough and spend a lot of time baking, these cheese buns will be the perfect solution. All you need to do is mix the necessary ingredients for the yeast dough and filling, and then form the buns. The pastries are very flavorful, airy and soft.

Ingredients:
Dough:
- warm milk - 200 ml
- dry yeast - 7 g
- sugar - 10 g
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- salt - 0.5 tsp
- butter - 75 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- flour - 550 g
Filling:
- cottage cheese - 600 g
- egg - 1 pc
- protein - 1 pc
- vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
- sugar - 100 g
Method of preparation:
1. Combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Stir.
2. Add eggs, salt, vanilla sugar, ad melted butter. Stir.
3. Add flour and knead the dough. Cover and put it in a warm place.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. To do this, mix all the necessary ingredients and beat with a blender until smooth.
5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
6. Spread the filling evenly. Wrap it in a roll.
7. Using a thread, cut the roll into 12 identical buns.
8. Put on a baking sheet, cover with foil and leave for 20 minutes.
9. Brush with egg yolk.
10. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
