Ingredients for the filling:
- strawberries - 350-400 g
- rhubarb - 350-400 g
- sugar - 100 g
- a sachet of gelatin

1. Cut the strawberries and rhubarb into random pieces (you can use frozen ones).
2. Warm up in a frying pan or in a saucepan with a thick bottom.
3. Add sugar and gelatin and stir for 3 minutes.

4. Pour into a mold.

- flour - 200 g
- butter - 80 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- baking powder - 1.5 tsp
- a pinch of salt
- milk - 100 g
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- almond flakes or other nuts

1. Add lemon juice to milk.
2. Stir and let stand for a while.
3. Rub flour and cold butter into crumbs.
4. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and mix.
5. Pour in milk and stir quickly with a fork (the dough should be sticky).
6. Put the dough on top of the filling. It is better to spread it in small pieces with a spoon or fork.

7. Sprinkle with a mixture of almond flour (1 tbsp), sugar (1 tbsp) and almond flakes. You can also use other chopped nuts mixed with sugar.
8. Bak at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
9. Cool or serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
