A hearty salad with fillet, mushrooms and mayonnaise: 20 minutes to prepare
Salad is a dish for every day and for a festive table. They can be made from a variety of vegetables, fish, meat, and herbs, and seasoned with delicious sauces, simply aromatic oils and spices. Experts recommend always preparing salads from seasonal products, so the dish will be the most useful.

Ingredients:
- corn
- mushrooms – 250 g
- chicken fillet – 450 g
- cucumbers – 200-250 g
- eggs – 4 pcs.
- herbs (dill/green onions) – to taste
- spices: salt, pepper – to taste
- sour cream or mayonnaise – to taste
- mustard
- vegetable oil
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet with bay leaf and peppercorns in salted water.
2. Boil and peel the eggs.
3. Wash the mushrooms, chop, and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
4. Strain the corn.
5. Chop the chicken, eggs, and cucumbers.
6. For the dressing, mix the sour cream with mustard, spices and finely chopped herbs, stir and eat.
