5 healthy and unusual egg dishes from a nutritionist for breakfast
If you want to make a delicious, healthy, and quick breakfast, eggs are the perfect ingredients for this. But what if you're tired of omelets and scrambled eggs? It's simple – just try to cook something completely unusual with them, and add new ingredients, spices, and even wine.
Nutritionist Albina Komisarova shared on Instagram recipes for non-trivial and delicious egg dishes that will bring new colors and flavors to your usual breakfast.
1. Egg in pepper
Put the pepper ring in a frying pan, press it firmly with your hands, and pour the egg inside, wait a few seconds until it sets, fry for a few minutes and you can eat.
2. Scrambled eggs on bread
Prepare the scramble: pour the eggs into a frying pan and stir as soon as they set, turn off the heat and let them "come to life", put the scramble on a slice of bread and sprinkle with herbs.
3. Egg in avocado
Cut off half of the avocado, make a bigger indentation, put the cheese inside, add the raw yolk, salt, and bake for 10-15 minutes at 220 degrees.
4. Eggs in wine
You will need 200 ml of red semi-sweet wine, boil it, add a few drops of vinegar, make a funnel and pour in the egg, cook for 4 minutes. Serve with a salad and a slice of cheese.

Chop a lot of your favorite greens, add cherry tomatoes, and bake or fry with eggs.
