Ingredients:

  • salmon – 300 g
  • sunflower oil – 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice – 2-3 tbsp

  1. Fry the peeled shrimp with olive oil and chopped garlic for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add spices, lemon juice, parsley, cover with a lid for 2 minutes, and it is ready to eat.

  • lettuce leaves – 7-10 pcs.
  • arugula – 100 g
  • cheese of any brine – 150 g
  • green peas - optional – 140 g
  • tomatoes – 4 pcs.
  • cucumbers – 1-2 pcs.
  • olives – 10 pcs.
  • oil – 5 tbsp.
  • pepper, salt, coriander – to taste
  • lemon juice – 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash all vegetables well and cut into large cubes, place in a large bowl, add lettuce and arugula, pour generously with olive oil.
  2. Add salt, pepper, coriander, olives, peas, and mix well.
  3. Carefully slice the cheese and place it on the salad, ready to eat.

  2. Add salt, garlic, dill, pepper, tie it up, and shake it well, leave it there for 5 minutes.

5. Braised broccoli with garlic and sweet potatoes

  • broccoli – 300-400 g
  • sweet potato – 100 g
  • water – 1 tbsp.
  • salt – 1 tbsp.
  • garlic – 3-4 cloves.
  • olive oil – 3-4 tbsp.
  • spices – to taste
  • rosemary – a sprig

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the broccoli well and boil it in salt water.
  2. Pre-bake the sweet potato in the oven until golden brown.
  3. Chop the garlic, throw it into a saucepan with olive oil, and fry for 1-2 minutes, add the broccoli, sweet potato, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
  4. Add a glass of water and simmer for about 5-7 minutes.
