Chef Andrii Petrenko shared 3 universal marinades that are suitable for any type of meat and fish.
Marinade №1
Ingredients:
- dill – 10 g
- parsley – 10 g
- tarragon – 10 g
- salt, pepper – to taste
- mint – 10 g
- yogurt, kefir – 50 g
Method of preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind well; you can add salt and pepper if you don't have enough seasoning. The marinade is ready in 10 minutes.
Marinade №2
Ingredients:
- honey (sugar if there is no honey) – 1-2 tbsp.
- soy juice – 2 tbsp.
- mustard – 1 tsp.
- lemon, lime – 2 tsp.
- salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
Mix all ingredients well, and add salt and pepper to taste.
Marinade №3
Ingredients:
- black miso paste – 2 tbsp.
- ginger – 10-20 g
- sesame oil – 20 g
- salt – to taste
Method of preparation:
Add grated ginger and 20 grams of sesame oil to a plate with miso paste, mix well, and salt to taste.
