3 universal marinades for everything: recipes from the chef

To make barbecue meat good, you need to make a good marinade, and most importantly, quickly. This is as important as choosing the meat for the dish.

Chef Andrii Petrenko shared 3 universal marinades that are suitable for any type of meat and fish.

Marinade №1

Ingredients:

  • dill – 10 g
  • parsley – 10 g
  • tarragon – 10 g
  • salt, pepper – to taste
  • mint – 10 g
  • yogurt, kefir – 50 g

Method of preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind well; you can add salt and pepper if you don't have enough seasoning. The marinade is ready in 10 minutes.

Marinade №2

Ingredients:

  • honey (sugar if there is no honey) – 1-2 tbsp.
  • soy juice – 2 tbsp.
  • mustard – 1 tsp.
  • lemon, lime – 2 tsp.
  • salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

Mix all ingredients well, and add salt and pepper to taste.

Marinade №3

Ingredients:

  • black miso paste – 2 tbsp.
  • ginger – 10-20 g
  • sesame oil – 20 g
  • salt – to taste

Method of preparation:

Add grated ginger and 20 grams of sesame oil to a plate with miso paste, mix well, and salt to taste.
