1. Crispy fish tacos with mango salsa

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 50 g
  • Smoked paprika - 1 tsp.
  • Chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs - 50 g
  • Fish - 200 g
  • Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp
  • Mango - 1 pc.
  • Avocado - 1 pc.
  • Cilantro - a bunch
  • Onion - a bunch
  • Lime - 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves - 50-80 g
  • Ready-made tortillas - 5-6 pcs.
  • Seasonings and salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the fish into small cubes, season with salt and spices.
  2. Beat the eggs, roll the fish well in flour first, then "bathe" in eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
  3. Pour oil into a saucepan, heat well, throw in the fish, and fry until cooked.
  4. Make the salsa: cut the mango and avocado into small cubes, chop the cilantro and onion, and pour over the lime juice.
  5. Put the finished tortillas in the oven to warm up well.
  6. Then put the fish in each one, top with lettuce and salsa.

2. Chicken quesadilla

How to cook a delicious quesadilla with chicken

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken - 80-90 g
  • corn tortilla cakes - 2 pcs.
  • cheese - 100 g
  • pickled jalapenos - 1 tbsp
  • butter - 50 g

Fresh salsa topping

  • tomatoes - 500 g
  • red onion - 1 pc.
  • cilantro - 2-3 tbsp. 
  • chili sauce - 1/2 tsp.
  • avocado - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

  1. Put cheese, chopped chicken, and jalapenos in corn tortillas, and cover with another tortilla on top.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the quesadilla, and fry until tender – about 4-5 minutes, until golden small bubbles appear on both sides.
  3. For the topping: cut the tomatoes and grate them on the largest grater but without the peel. Do the same with the onion, chop the cilantro and add the hot sauce, mix well.

Before serving, cut the finished quesadillas into 4 pieces, you can also slice the avocado thinly.

3. Guacamole with garlic

Guacamole with tomatoes and avocado

Ingredients:

  • ripe avocados - 2 pcs.
  • garlic - 102 cloves.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • tomatoes - 1-2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • corn tortilla chips - 5-10 pcs.
  • jalapenos - 1 pc.
  • salt - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the avocado in half along the pit, divide into halves.
  2. Remove the flesh, mash well, and add lemon juice.
  3. Chop the garlic, jalapenos, onions, and tomatoes, and mix well.

Serve the finished guacamole sauce with tortilla chips.
