1. Croissant sandwich "Caesar" with chicken

Ingredients:

  • croissant - 2 pcs.
  • chicken fillet - 150-200 g
  • avocado - 1/2 pc.
  • hard cheese - 30-50 g
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • lettuce leaves - 1 bunch
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp. 

For the dressing:

  • natural yogurt - 1 tbsp. 
  • mustard - 0.5 tsp.
  • olive oil - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1/2 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the fillet, beat it with a meat hammer, cut it into small pieces, and fry.
  2. Dice the avocado and grate the hard cheese.
  3. Wash the lettuce and tomato thoroughly and cut them into thin slices.
  4. For the dressing: mix natural yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
  5. Put the croissants in the oven for a couple of minutes to make them soft.
  6. Then cut them lengthwise, brush them with the dressing, add lettuce, tomato, chicken, dressing again, and sprinkle with grated cheese.

2. Zucchini and chicken pie

Ingredients:

  • young zucchini - 1 pc.
  • minced chicken - 250 g
  • onion - 100 g
  • flour - 8 tbsp.
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt in the dough - 5 g
  • sugar - 4 g
  • salt in the filling - to taste
  • sunflower oil in the dough - 40 g
  • for frying - 15-25 g

How to cook:

  1. Peel and dice the onion, and fry well until golden brown.
  2. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper.
  3. Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, add to the pan and mix.
  4. For the dough: beat the egg with salt, sift the flour, add the oil and sugar, and mix well, it should be liquid in consistency.
  5. Pour a little dough into the mold, put the filling on top, and pour the dough over.
  6. Put the cake in the oven at 190-200 C for 20 minutes.

It is best eaten warm, but not hot, and it is worth noting that it will be a great addition to soup.

3. Baked pumpkin salad with vegetables

  • pumpkin - 500 g
  • cilantro - 1 bunch
  • green onions - 20 g
  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • olive oil 100 г
  • fresh thyme - 6 sprigs
  • dry basil - 1 tsp
  • dry oregano - 1 tsp.
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • pita - 1 pc.
  • any salty cheese - 100 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash and peel the pumpkin from the hard skin, and cut it into a large cube.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil, add spices, and mix well.
  3. Put it on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C.
  4. Wash the cilantro, thyme onion, and chop.
  5. Crumble the cheese.
  6. Put the cooked, soft pumpkin on a "plate" with pita, add chopped herbs, and sprinkle with cheese.
