Zucchini with mozzarella: step-by-step recipe for a delicious appetizer

Ingredients
- medium zucchini - 2 pcs
- mozzarella
- baby mozzarella - for serving
- butter - for frying
- four cream - 1-2 tbsp
- basil
- mint
- garlic
- honey - 1 tsp.
- salt
Ingredients for the dressing
- oil - 2 tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp.
- oregano - 1 tsp.
- honey - 1 tsp.
The way of preparation
1. Cut the zucchini in half and make cuts on them.
2. Fry them in butter cut side down for 10 minutes.
3. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
4. Brush the zucchini with the sauce.
5. Bake at 200-degree oven for 20 minutes.
6. Dry the mozzarella with a napkin to remove excess moisture and put it in a blender along with sour cream, garlic, basil leaves, mint, honey, and salt. Beat until smooth.
7. Pour the sauce on a plate, top with zucchini, and garnish with mini mozzarella balls and basil leaves.
